These land management plans range from 8 year to 20 year programs. We start with a select cut of mature trees. This will immediately put income in your pocket. Then a plan is formed to open the canopy of the woods and increase growth for future high value timber. The second select cut will generally happen within 8 years for additional income. This process can be repeated over and over again.
